1. Who we are

Merchantville To-Do Co. ("we", "us") is a local errand and personal-helper service based in Merchantville, NJ. By booking with us, you ("you", "client") agree to the terms below.

2. Booking & scheduling

Requests are confirmed by text or email once we've reviewed the details. A confirmation is required before any errand is considered booked. We'll do our best to accommodate timing, but specific arrival windows aren't guaranteed unless we've agreed to them in writing.

3. Pricing & payment

Hourly work has a 1-hour minimum and is then billed in 15-minute increments. Flat-rate add-ons are charged as listed on our pricing page. Any items, fares, or fees we pay on your behalf are passed through at cost, with receipts. Payment is due upon completion unless other arrangements are made in advance.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled start are free. Later cancellations or no-shows may be billed up to the 1-hour minimum to cover planning and travel time.

5. What we will and won't do

We help with everyday to-dos like errands, pickups, drop-offs, light organization, and rides. We don't provide medical care, legal or financial advice, heavy moving, or transport of hazardous, illegal, or unsafe items. We may decline any request at our discretion.

6. Your responsibilities

You're responsible for giving us accurate information, valid payment for any purchases we make on your behalf, and any access (keys, codes, instructions) needed to complete the task. Please don't ask us to handle cash, cards, or accounts beyond what's reasonably needed for the errand.

7. Liability

We take care with your belongings and your time, but our liability for any loss, damage, or delay is limited to the amount paid for the specific task involved. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for issues caused by third parties (stores, carriers, traffic, weather, etc.).

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page with the "last updated" date above.
